Do I need to send clothing all the way to China?
European customers can return their seamless active wear to our European warehouse. US customers can arrange a pickup by UPS at the specified address. Customers from other countries will need to send their clothes to our warehouse in China.
The garments are fine, but I changed my mind, can i also return it?
Apparel with no quality-related issues can be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. For details on the return policy, please choose the region where the order was delivered to: European Union or United States and rest of other countries.
Any clothing that has been used does not qualify for a return. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
Seamless sportswear with quality problems
We guarantee all of our seamless underwear against material and workmanship defects within the warranty period listed in the table below. If the clothes is not listed, the warranty period is 30 days. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within the warranty period, we can offer you an exchange, repair service, or new components for replacement. We will be responsible for all shipping fees.
